We have jira in place version 6.3.14.
We alow external emails to be sent in and from external email´s there are created tickets.
The problem is when the external user is a another Jira system from a different company sending from another Jira system a ticket is not created.
I do see the email come in and go to the mailbox in exchange but a ticket is not created?
There is nothing in the logs regarding this external email.
email from other external email do get it and tickets are created it is just when it is sent directly from JIRA at a different company the the ticket is not created.
I dont know what jeti is and how to check it ?
