I am new to JIRA and we are trying to setup JIRA for ticket management. What i want to ask is, we are using JIRA service desk for SLA tracking. However, when an issue is opened by customer, i (as agent) able to see SLA metric on issue view screen, but customer is not able to see, It says "Restricted to agents". My question is: is it possible to expose SLA metrics to customer? If so, can you please show me how to achieve this?
