Hello @Bernie J_,
There are many tools available to solve this problem. You can pay attention to Skyvia, Talend, and Boomi. Personally, I use the first tool, as it is the easiest to set up and the cheapest one.
Hope it helps
Hi @Bernie J_
I see that`s it's been a while since you've asked this question, but if you still need to know about all Jira Cloud to BigQuery integrations, you can keep in mind our BigQuery Connector for Jira which is also available for Cloud.

Hey @Bernie J_ ,
I'm unfamiliar with the source possibilities of BigQuery but I think your best bet will be to use a REST API as the source.
I can see in the documentation that JSON is a valid format for loading data in Batched loading
https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/loading-data
So using the REST API of your cloud environment might be something to explore.
