Hi Markus,

Just like Nic said your question is quite vague and there are so many ways to export specific issues, entire projects or the entire JIRA Database.

If you are trying to export your entire JIRA Database so that you can import it to another JIRA Database: See this documenation page if it provides what you're looking for https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Backing+Up+Data. You can either make an SQL dump or use the xml backup utility in JIRA following the steps in the documentation.

Not really, because exporting data is such a variable thing, there's no way to code for it. You will have different export needs to everyone else and the answer is always going to start with "you need to decide what you want". There are generic exporst to spreadsheet, RSS, XML and so-on but, anything specific is up to you

I mean, is there a button or tool (Export to SQL). It is very important to keep the relations among the datasheets.

You can export whatever you want and put it in another database. We can't really tell you a lot more, as your question is very vague
