I have a few Jira instances and I now I want to consolidate all of them into one single. How can I export data from all of those Jira instances and import them into a new one?

The only way to assess the true level of pain you are going to experience is to know how customized the JIRA instances are. You are going to want to start with the most complicated instance and merge the other, less complicated instances into it. The link in Jobin's response is your bible for the next few weeks. There is no easy way to do it. My suggestion is this:
