While I try to export the search results into an Excel spread sheet certain values doesn't populate correctly. I see #value errors for most of them. These values are basically the timestamps (negative values). However some of the negative values show up correctly and some do not.
The timestamps are calculated automatically, which is basically the difference between two time stamps viz. Ticket creation time and Ticket escalation time etc.
I played with the cell formatting but it didn't help. Please advise.
