Export: Printable has gone ugly...

Micah Johnson September 16, 2014

Hi,

My manager regularly prints out issue filters via the export: printable option, and just recently the results he is getting have degraded significantly in terms of their styling.  He previously received printouts that included issue-type icons, labels in their nice outlines etc.  Now all that comes out is raw text, which we are unable to present to our clients.

Is this a known issue?  What can be done to rectify?

Thanks,

Micah

If you're looking for high quality, custom prints and exports that you can share with your customers, you may reach better results with the PDF View Plugin. Not only those look better, you have perfect control over what to include and what to hide from your customers.

Give that add-on a try.

I did some additional digging in Chrome and discovered some failure to load CSS files which I think are formatting the Printable Filtered JIRA tasks.  I've attached a console log of the issue.

I am having the same issue, the table formatting with lines has all disappeared.  It is a plain (ugly) HTML page.  I use to hand this out at status meetings.
