Export More Than 1000 Results to Excel then appear forbidden

Hi Expert,

When we try to export more than 1000 results to excel using filter then appear a Forbidden (403).Plaese see the below screen shot.

Could you please help me regarding this issue?

Its been restricted by your administrator (actually, 1000 is the standard built-in limit, so it's more a case of "they have not unrestricted it yet).

It's set to stop you killing your server with large requests - Jira can and will fall over if you run too many of these at the same time and/or with large data sets.

and bear in mind the very strong recommendation that you do NOT increase the limit - look for better ways to do your reporting instead.
