I want to export all developers Issues and task according to diffrent version. yes i want to Find all the issues for version X .

Depends on the report. What do you want from it? What does "according to each version" actually mean? Do you mean "Find all the issues for version X and report on them"? Fixed or Affects version (or a custom version field)?

You still don't say if it's for affected or fix version, but the answer is the same for both - search for version X in the version field and then use one of the issue navigator display options like Excel, RSS or XML.
