I hope you can provide some input to help us out.
We are looking to implement a project management system. Initially, we aimed for a service management solution, but we haven’t found an efficient tool that caters to project management from the customer’s point of view. Ideally, customers should be able to see a comprehensive overview with tasks, statuses, timelines, project roadmaps, and progress (e.g., "3 out of 8 steps completed").
Prerequisites:
Customers involved in the project should be able to access the project and see a high-level overview with tasks, statuses, timelines, project roadmaps, and progress (e.g., "3 out of 8 steps completed").
Customers should have access similar to Service Management without incurring additional costs for us.
Customers should only be able to see whether tasks are completed or not. They should not have access to detailed task information. Tasks will be created in other Atlassian projects, as they are assigned to different departments.
Customers should be able to create a ticket/question/request, which should be visible as part of the project.
We should be able to create and assign tasks to customers (e.g., questions or forms).
We’d like to know if this is achievable using a specific Atlassian product, or perhaps by combining Service Management with an app.
