Experiencing Duplicate Emails from Ticket Creation

I am receiving duplicate emails when a ticket is created.

One with the ticket creation, and one saying We Received Your Message.

How do I get rid of these duplicates?

One of your users who is also getting the "create issue" email has an autoresponder on.

Have a look at the headers of those emails - they should tell you who it is so you can tell them to stop, or remove their email address.
