We updated EazyBI to latest Version 5.0.4.
Now we get an error when you try to open EazyBI (with older version V4 it is/was working fine):
How can we solve this?

Hi,
Since eazyBI 5.0, Oracle JDBC driver isn't included in eazyBI. eazyBI will use the Oracle JDBC driver ojdbc8.jar
from the Jira installation directory lib
subdirectory.
If needed, the driver can be downloaded from Oracle - https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-downloads.html.

Hi Susheela,
I hope that this helps - otherwise get in touch with offficial support!
1) Downloaded JDBC driver from Oracle - https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-downloads.html.
2) Copy the file to the Jira server, Jira installation directory lib subdirectory.
3) Disable and enable eazyBI. In some cases, a restart of the whole Jira instance is required.
M.M.
