Exception when opening EazyBI in Jira after upgrade of APP

We updated EazyBI to latest Version 5.0.4.

Now we get an error when you try to open EazyBI (with older version V4 it is/was working fine):

How can we solve this?

Hi,

Since eazyBI 5.0, Oracle JDBC driver isn't included in eazyBI. eazyBI will use the Oracle JDBC driver ojdbc8.jar  from the Jira installation directory lib  subdirectory.

If needed, the driver can be downloaded from Oracle - https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-downloads.html.

Janis / support@eazybi.com

Thank you.

I contacted the EazyBI support (saw your signature details to late...) for upgrade instructions (Driver - DB etc.)
