Hi Pat,

You may try the resolution steps listed on this knowledge base article. If you still facing issues after that, we recommend you to log a support ticket at Atlassian Support portal.

Yes I found the same and it worked perfectly.  Does the upgrade cause this problem or is our data wrong and the older version just doesnt care about it??
