Excel Connector for JIRA plugin error when login to JIRA

I have a problem when using Excel Connector for JIRA plugin.

After completing the installation, when I log in, Excel displays the following error message:

2014/4/15 15:06:15 Connecting to JIRA at http://***.com as*** .
2014/4/15 15:06:20 Connected to JIRA successfully.
2014/4/15 15:06:22 ERROR: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
2014/4/15 15:06:22    at Excel2JIRA.ExcelPopulator.RefreshSheetNew()
   at Excel2JIRA.RefreshWindow.RefreshWindow_Shown(Object sender, EventArgs e)

I've tested two JIRA instances, and try to use Excel2007 and Excel2010, it always appears above error.

I have installed VSTOR 4 and set Accept remote API calls to ON, is there any clues to resolve my problem?

Did you generate Excel sheet from JIRA and open it before login?

"object reference set to an instance an object error" is coming in excel connector sheet but issues are uploading in jira , Issue keys are not coming in sheet as per below screen shot, can anyone can provide solution for this.
