Error while restoring backup

I am facing following issue while restoring backup on my QA machine.

Unexpected error occurred during import: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericEntityException: while inserting: [GenericEntity:UserHistoryItem][id,13602][username,rjstafford][entityId,10000][lastViewed,1377550213207][type,Dashboard] (SQL Exception while executing the following:INSERT INTO userhistoryitem (ID, entitytype, entityid, USERNAME, lastviewed, data) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?) (Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction))

it is UTF-8 . Anyhow after trying again and again it worked.

Could you check and confirm if the database that you are using for your JIRA instance is using utf-8 encoding? If it's not, please create a new database with utf-8 encoding and then try restoring the backup there.
