You've deactivated or removed the JIRA Enhancer plugin, or you're using a version that is incompatible with your version of JIRA.

What is the status of the add-on in your system?

actually the issue was with the plugins i am using, i have removed the incompatible ones and it is working fine now

Ah good, although I'd guess that one of your broken addons was calling something in the enhancer addon, as that's where the error message came from.
