I have a problem with the Labels field.
When I want to see the list of available values of the field Labels, I got a pop-up with an error message:
"The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of his operation".
then no values are displayed...
When I start typing some letters the list corresponding appeared.
Can you give me some explanations regarding errors?
Do I have a way as admin: to clean up the list of values?
I tried to define other fields type Label and I have the same problem.
It works correctly on another server.
Can you help me on this topic?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hi Christine,
You may be running into the issue outlined in this article.
Reproduce the issue and then take a look at the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log to see if you are able to find a similar stack trace to the one in the article I linked to. If so follow the steps in the article to resolve and you should be set.

Can it be the same use case?
