Error rendering 'com.gebsun.plugins.jira.startwork:autologworkpanel'

Peter Denison October 6, 2014

We disabled time tracking in order to change the working hours per day, which cannot be updated when time tracking is enabled. This is the only change in recent weeks.

Since doing this, any issue that has previously been put into In Progress displays in the autologworkpanel block:

autologworkpanel
Error rendering 'com.gebsun.plugins.jira.startwork:autologworkpanel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

We've disabled and re-enabled the plugin, time tracking, updated all plugins etc. This is on self-hosted Jira. This is rather critical as we need to log time, and staff having to estimate time at the end of time spent leads to inaccuracies. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

This issue is fixed in Automated Log Work version 2.2.2.

Please upgrade and leave a review on the plugin page if you like it: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.gebsun.plugins.jira.startwork

Thank you for raising the issue!

Ok, so this is caused by the daily hours (g + g -> admin time tracking) being a non-whole amount. I think this is buggy; we have 7.6 hour days, and this shouldn't break both manual and automatic time tracking.
