Error installing agile in my trial version of JIRA

Hi I'm testing the trial can not install JIRA and Agile, this error occurs:

Installation failed!

An unexpected error occurred when trying to install JIRA Agile. Please check your internet connection is working. If this problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.
