Error in BigPicture when creating a program

Does anyone else have this same problem? It happens when you click on the "add new" button:

Unfortunately, nobody else replied so far which could mean this error is invididually to you (which it might be best to talk to support) or it was a temporary issue which only was noticed by you back on Tuesday.
