Error en sincronización LDAP

Buenos días,

tengo un error al sincronizar mi directorio Activo (LDAP), el asunto es que ya tengo los usuarios importados pero al intentar acceder a JIRA con un usuario del Directorio LDAP me dice que hay un error, entonces procedo a ir a Directorio de Usuarios y intento sincroniziar el Directorio Activo, y me aparece el siguiente error.

Estoy en el mismo dominio, puedo hacer ping a las máquinas de mi enterno y puedo hacer ping a la máquina de Dominio.

¿Alguna idea?

Comentar que los datos son los mismos de cuando se ha realizado la primera sincronización.

Hello David,

Did you add the BaseDN under the LDAP settings?

You need to add at least one filter so Confluence can get your users from the LDAP:

dc=example,dc=com
 
LDAP URL: example.com

The above filter will get the entire scope of the LDAP. Maybe you added an OU or a DC that doesn't exist.
