Error as Admin

Hello,

I am on the free version of JIRA cloud. Since the changes to the plans I am no longer able to delete any tasks, stories or bugs. 

I am an admin, the message below is not helpful. 

Any help on this would be great.

Can you check the permissions scheme for your project? Do you have the 'delete issues' permission?

I see the below, which leads me to believe that permission should be there.

However I still cannot delete anything.

Can you check that you have an Administrator role in your project?

This is something different than being a Jira admin.

I am struggling to find this permission, the setup and options on the free plan are confusing.
