Error after importing backup in a new server

Olivier Accili January 24, 2017

Hello,

We are migrating from a 6.2.2 JIRA server to a brand new 7.3.0 server.

I've followed this link for the setup.

I've imported the backup with success and I've now this error.

I've moved from embedded ssl on 8443 port to nginx reverse proxy on 8444 due to a lack of public ip address.

If you have a clue or a hint on how to fix this, thank you in advance.

Server is a Centos 7 with 2 vcpu and 2Go of ram for now, we will upgrade the ram as soon as the older one shutdown.

Hi,

I've mentionned SSL because it was an important change between the 2 servers.

OK, I will reinstalled all over again and try to log in before importing data.

Thank you.

It's worth mentioning, because it could be the problem in a lot of cases.  In this one, it probably won't be, as the log says it's something going wrong well before any SSL is done, but that doesn't completely rule it out.

The error you've got is about something going wrong in the installtion, not SSL.

I would drop the server you've now got and try getting a 7.3.0 empty install running before importing the data.
