Hi,
When I try to run a groovy script in JIRA Script Runner Console. I get the following error on the screen
"This resource requires WebSudo. "
and in logs it shows "Uncaught exception thrown by REST service"
Is it a bug or a known issue?
Note: One thing that I noticed is, if I reindex, it is started working. After some time same issue arised again.
JIRA Version - 6.0.8
Script Runner Version - 3.0.3
Kindly suggest.
Thank you.
Regards,
Sandipa
This seems to happen when your Administration Session times out and JIRA would ask for you password again.
I faced this error too. Just logged out and re-logged in and it worked!!
Strange error!

Hi,
I have used the latest version of script runner in my JIRA, it seems that it is supporting versions above 6.1.
I have uninstalled and used the lower version which is compatible with my JIRA and it started working.
