Error: Restoring a project from an automatic backup

Hello,

We encounter some issue with the functionality to restore a single project from a backup. When we select our backup file in the repository "Import", we get this error message:

Some backup work properly, and manual backup are OK.

Hi,

You stated your backups are being created automatically. 

• How are they being created?
• If you open one that does not work:
  • How big is the file and is it comparable to one that does work?
  • If you unzip the file, what is in the zip file?

  • We create two backup a day with the Backup Service built in JIRA.
• "How big is the file and is it comparable to one that does work?"
  • Yes, it's more or less the same size for each backup.
• "If you unzip the file, what is in the zip file?"
  • I will check it today with the admin team.
