Error Internal server error & cannot move card between columns

I am using Jira Software Cloud Free version.

I have a classic project and I am using a Scrum Board (with the three To Do, In Progress and Done columns).

It worked well before.

However, today when I open the Active sprints board, I got an error Error: Internal server error. And I cannot move card between the three columns.

Could anybody help me?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community and for sharing the details.

Since you are using a Classic project, it's important to check the board settings to confirm if there are no issues with the columns, filter, ranking. 

Can you please go to Board settings and check if the board is using rank?

Was there any change on the columns or on the filter of the board?

Is it happening to other classic projects?

Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check on the console tab if it shows any other error?

Can you try changing the status of the ticket instead of moving between the columns?
