Error - Attach screenshot to the issue

Hi

When I try to attach screenshot to the issue the error appears. I see new window with java applet, but applet doesn't work - it displays error message (screen attached).

I use Windows 7 x64, Chrome 26 or Firefox 19 and JRE 7u21.

JIRA version is v6.0-m07.1#6046-sha1:678a888

Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi Kam

Since you are using Java 7, very unfortunately I guess your current situation has bump you into this bug report: JRA-30747

Please feel free to comment and add yourself as watcher in order to receive any latest updates from the developer and feedback from other user that is facing the same issue.
