We are experiencing a problem in our system JIRA, the same error aparesenta the inclusion of a user group.
Sync button, it shows error;
In the test button which put a User registered it displays the following message: "Test get user's memberships with 0 groups retrieved.: Failed";
When we try to include a User displays the following error:
Adding user 'andre.santos' to group 'jira-developers' failed. Server message is: com.atlassian.crowd.exception.runtime.OperationFailedException: org.springframework.ldap.InvalidSearchFilterException: invalid attribute description; javax.naming.directory.InvalidSearchFilterException nested exception is: invalid attribute description; remaining name 'dc = domain, dc = com, dc = br '.
Does anyone know know that kind of problem is this?
