We have the new JIRA On Demmand for the project inside the 3M.com, I worked with old versions of the JIRA and my questions is, why I can't create a Issue inside a Story that was located inside an Epic.

For Example:

Epic: Development
Story: Country name
Issue/Task: Setup Endeca

There's a way to configure to work with these settings or I can create Issues inside a Story or a Epic.
