Epic borad column status change

Hi Team,

We have user request to change reflecting the names in the columns.

example:

I would like to see that for the Column “Approved” the status changes from “In refinement” to “Approved”

I would like to see that for the Column “In Refinement” the status changes from “Ready for development” to “In Refinement”

 

Could you please help me to guide the user.
