Epic and Test Case Questions

Please can you confirm

1. In Jira Epic do we need Fix Version , or Levels or Components to be entered manually or is it only needed for Test Cycle or Test Case?

2. What is the difference between Test Description and Test Comments when we create 

3. As a best practise do we add user stories in epic ? 

4. What is the difference between "Issue link" and "Issues in epic"  should we have both in any project
