Epic Timesheets does not work with imported Tickets from csv file

Hello,

With imported tickets from a csv file, the EpicTimesheets view is stucked to "loading..". It works well with tickets created manually.

Hi @TFA - erwan , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

I checked the product documentation for this app but there isn't much in the way of troubleshooting. I would recommend you open a ticket to the vendor to ask for support with this, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220287/epic-timesheets-estimate-worklog-reports?hosting=cloud&tab=support
