End users can see others tickets with in project.

in my organization we requires to create a end user who could see other tickets with in project. only this user could see other users ticket whereas all of other end users could see only ticket that created them self.

 how can i achieve this

Hello,

The visibility of issues is handled by the browse issues permission in the project permission scheme.

You could create a role "All tickets Viewer" and add the user, who can see all issues, to the role.

Then you would grant  the Browse issues permission to Reporter and All tickets Viewer role. I guess it would fulfil your requriement.
