Embed JIRA issue collector into JIRA itself

If our JIRA system goes productively we would like to give the users the possibility of sending feedback about JIRA in JIRA itself with the issue collector.

Which file of JIRA do we have to edit to embed the issue collector?

It should be available on all JIRA subpages, too.

Hi Marco, you could insert the issue collector code directly into the Announcement Banner.
