Hi all, when replying to a Jira notification via email, text comments show up fine in the Jira view, but attachments show up as text like the screen example below. It does not matter what file type it is, I've tried pdf, jpg, png, zip. Attaching files in comments via Jira agent/customer view works. I can get to the attachment as an agent using the attachments panel, but since the customer view does not have this available to them, they cannot get the emailed attachment unless it is a comment posted into Jira directly (not via email handler). Any ideas on how customers can get to these emailed attachments?
Fixes I've attempted:
1. Made sure comments are using Wiki Renderer instead of text
2. Checked to make sure email requets are using HTML parsing
3. Made sure the "Email notifications format" field is set to "HTML"
