Hi, How can I configure JIRA in order to send emails only to person who open an issue when he's in charge for the next step, and not to all the requesters within the same project ? Thanx in advance Robcol

Thank you Rahul, I've marked some events in the notification scheme, with the aim to send automatic emails to the reporter, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Have I forgotten additional steps to trigger emails ? Thank you again Robcol

OK so you want the reporter to receive emails at certain points in your workflow. For this you need to create events and associate it with your workflow using postfunctions. And in your notification scheme you define reporter to get emails when that event is triggered,
