Email notifications not being sent/received when comments added (part 2)

hello!

user does not receive email notifications

Problem: Comments added do not result in notifications according to how Notifications are configured.

it happened at some point

initially everything worked fine

what information should i provide for analysis?

I can see that everyone from your site has the same email domain, so I checked if there were any blocks or bounces and found 52. The bounces were related to the errors below:

550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at 550 5.1.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuch... - gsmtp
550: 550-5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is disabled. Learn more at 550 5.2.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=Disabled... - gsmtp

I removed those bounces and if the affected user was on that list, the notifications should work now.
