Email notifications no longer show user name in "From" details

I recently moved from OnDemand to a self-hosted deployment of JIRA.

When we were using OnDemand, email notifications showed the name of the user who triggered the notification, i.e. From = "[User Name] (JIRA)".

Now, all notifications just show From = "jira".

How do I change this to show the user names again?

Thanks for pointing me to this. I'll investigate and let you know!

Bingo. It's an issue with Microsoft Office365 which requires the FROM field to be the same as the addressor. We're going to set up a spearate SMTP server to get around this. Thanks!

Go to Administration > System> General Configuration and update the "Email From" property to ${fullname} (JIRA)

Thanks Jobin - but the Email From setting is already set to ${fullname} (JIRA)
