Email notification when new users enter a group

Good afternoon,

I am a JIRA-administrator and I created a group entitled "project". I would like to know if its possible to send an automatic notification to users of this group when I add a new user in the group.

I already created a notification schemes but now I don´t know what to do. Its seems notifications are only related to issue.

Someone know how to do that ?

Correct, notifications are related to things that happen in issues. There isn't any way, out of the box, to send notifications when other things happen.
