Hi I am being spammed by emails from “Jira Cloud”. For every ticket created/modified within my cloud production environment across multiple projects.
I have turned off all notifications yet I can constant emails about tickets. Any ideas? Thanks
@dcosta that is based on your notification scheme associated to your project. also you may get instant emails or digest (if i'm not mistaken).

Unfortunately not. I have turned off all notifications. I am getting notifications on EVERY ticket ie even tickets that have nothing to do with me.
The email doesn’t even have an address in the from field it just says “Jira cloud” and is coming via SMTP relay into 365 hence no actual active mailbox.
