Is it possible to have the owner of a ticket receive periodic (e.g. monthly) notification emails indicating that the ticket they own is still open and in need of action? This would need to occur as long as the ticket is not resolved.
I want to configure a specific project(s) to have notification emails sent to all open ticket owners for that project on a periodic basis. Open tikcets will be like Assigned & In Progress state.
Did you tried Subscriptions?
You can schedule them, and send to a group so it should be possible to match your needs.
