Email not received to repoter

Hi

From last few days, email notification is not working for us. Earlier team manager, team member and reporter received all email related to work log, work progress but now its not working. Please guide to resolve this problem

Hi @Ram Narayan Mishra 

 

you can even change the jira settings for user to receive emails on their own changes even if don't opt for it, settings>system>default user preference>Edit 

by default everyone will be able to receive notification

Notify users of their own changes  :YES

Thanks for your response. I have the settings as per your suggestion still my reporter is not receiving emails regarding work log or any status change

Please Check This is the Answer For Your Qs

Go to System>>> Default user preferences>>> Under the USER INTERFACE

Edit default values
And
Notify users of their own changes=YES

Some times Jira Cloud IS Facing Some Problems  That Y We Did not Receive  the I am Also Doing This 

Notify users of their own changes=YES

 

After 1 Day i will get the  Notifications Correct.

Did you check the jira log files for mail related messages?

Did you check that the configured mail server is reachable and functional?
