Hello,

I noticed that requests that were sent by email are not showing up in my Jira Service queue. After some test emails, I ran a DNS check on my email domain. Immediately got a messaged that my domain has been unverified and that I needed to check my DNS records.

I can confirm that nothing has changed with my DNS and running a CNAME lookup through another site confirms that the DNS records are working.

This is turning out to be a problem with our domain provider after all
