Email created as tasks from gmail, display gibberish for Hebrew letters

Deleted user October 26, 2017

I am creating tasks from my email account (gmail)

Problem is - when email contains Hebrew letters, they come as gibberish:

To: my email
Subject: ùéðåé áðéäåì àðùé ÷ùø

Hello Itai,

Sounds like a file encoding issue. I'd suggest to use UTF-8. You can check your current encoding in system info if you search for the parameter: sun.jnu.encoding.

You can change the encoding by following this article:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver070/setting-properties-and-options-on-startup-749383528.html

You can find more details here:

Regards,

Steven
