Email This Issue Plugin won't load. I just see a message "This plugin could not be loaded by the plugins system. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled." How would I debug this?
Universal Plugin Manager version is 2.4.1

Hi there,
Reboot is sometimes needed when you upgrade UPM in JIRA. I have seen it multiple times.
Installing a plugin normally does not require you to restart your instance.
I hope JETI works now correctly in your environment.

Rebooting the server (not just restarting the service) magically cleared up the issue. Weird, but what can you do?

Which version of the Email this issue do you have? The last release was the 5.0.4 one week ago! Could you try reinstalling it?

When it was in the broken state you can't uninstall it. But all is well after a reboot of the server.

on the server, there is a log (under your jira-home) directory. Check the logs in there. What version of JIRA are you trying to install it in?

Thanks for the quick response!
It worked before, until I upgraded the atlassian-universal-plugin-manager to 2.4.1.
