Email Notification not working

Hello,

 

Suddenly our email notification functionality is not working. I have to manually flush out all emails.

 

Could you please let me know what could be the reason for this?

 

It was working without any issue till last week

Hello Sudhindra,

If you wish, you can also check your logs yourself. Please take a look at the following file: JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira-outgoing-mail.log

There should be messages there that could explain why the behaviour you are experiencing is happening. If you need help to understand them too, please paste it here for our review.

Hello Sudhindra,

This can be caused by multiple things and without checking the log files it's hard to ensure the correct root cause. I recommend you to raise a ticket at Atlassian Support and provide your JIRA logs.
