When user tries to contact administrator via link no login/password box they can fill in from, subject, and message, but the email arrives as if from jira administrator instead of using the from the user fills in, which makes it impossible to know who needs help.
Currently the "From" field on the "Contact Administrators" form is only passed as the Reply To parameter in the email, and is not displayed in the email body. You should be able to see the user's email address in the header of the email, or by replying to the email.
