Email BCC/CC list

Is there a way to show all notification recipients in the email notification CC list, instead of putting them in the BCC list?

The purpose is to allow everyone to know who received the notification..

Not exactly, JIRA notifies each recipient individually.  There are many reasons why this would be the case, to obey individual notification type preferences (text/html), and keep participants email addresses private.  Exposing all Group members email addresses to a reporter might be a problem.

In theory, to 'gather' that information, you'd have to somehow go through the notification scheme, for the related project to determine who to include.  But, that's just not possible using the default JIRA.
