El selector de fecha no funciona para el idioma en español?

Hola,
El selector de fecha y hora me muestra un error cuando el formato esta correcto, igual me percato que le agrega un punto en el mes.
Sin embargo me acepta otro formato de fecha que no esta configurado en "Configuración avanzada" ni en "Apariencia", que configuración me hace falta? si cambio a ingles esto no ocurre.
