Editing text in customer portal (view issue screen of customer) and hide buttons

Hey folks,

can anybody tell me how to edit the text for the customers when they click on the buttons in their own issue screen please? Furthermore i would like to hide the share button. I believe i saw the option somewhere, but i just cant find it anymore. :(

How to hide "share" button on customer portal:

1. Administration (/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/applications)
2. Add-ons
3. Manage Add-ons > Application Components
4. Search for: JIRA Service Desk
5. Collapse the enabled Modules and search for:
   cr-share-request > Disable this module
